The Northern Rhode Island Board’s Program Task Force made a number of recommendations to modernize the Board’s Diamond Sales rules for the 2023 production year (1/1/23 -12/31/23). Changes include a minimum of $2 million in sales to be eligible to apply to account for appreciated home prices and the development of a 2-tier system for teams. These are effective 1/1/23 – 12/31/23 and the deadline to file a 2023 application will be 1/24/24. Applications will be available on the awards page of www.nribr.realtor in December 2023. Thank you Program TF volunteers!
