Real Estate License Renewals
RI real estate licensees must renew their license every 2 years.  For those who were licensed prior to 1/1/2020, be prepared to renew your license by 4/30/2022.  For those that were licensed after 1/1/2020, your license has an issue date on it, which is your “anniversary”.  You will renew your license every 2 years just prior to your anniversary date.  Renewal notices are emailed by the RI Department of Business Regulation’s (DBR) Real Estate Division to your email address so keep your email address current with the RI DBR.  What’s new for 2022?  All licensees must complete 3 hours of Fair Housing Education.

Starting 1/1/22, we will begin the 7th cycle (1/1/22 – 12/31/24). Only
