NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
New Member Orientation
All new REALTOR® members of the Board are required to complete 3 programs within their first 90 days of membership: a New Member Orientation Program, new member REALTOR® Code of Ethics course and a Fair Housing Orientation. Completion of the new Fairhaven 2.0 (no charge), which launched 1/14, can be applied to this membership requirement as well as NAR’s At Home with Diversity Certification (online or in a classroom) and NAR’s Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing. If you complete some other 2-hour course in order to renew your real estate license, the course must meet NAR’s learning objectives and be sent to us for our review.
At our New Member Orientation programs, you will learn more about what the REALTOR® Association has to offer, meet Board leaders and network with other new members of the REALTOR® Association. Associates may invite their Principals to join them as well.
