Who We Are
Established in 1921, the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® is one of 1,300 chartered member Boards of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Voice for Real Estate in the United States®. As a professional trade association, we serve real estate and appraisal licensees in Northern Rhode Island, including but not limited to the towns of Cumberland, Central Falls, Lincoln, North Smithfield, Pawtucket and Woonsocket. We advocate on behalf of our members and their clients while providing professional development opportunities and resources to our members.

Please be sure to look for this mark to ensure you are working with a licensee who is a true professional. Our members adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and are eligible to receive numerous services from all levels of the REALTOR® Association.
Our members also include Affiliates. These business professionals are not licensed to sell or appraise property but do provide relevant services and products to REALTORS® and their clients. You can see a full listing of our affiliate members in our member directory. Affiliates include mortgage brokers, attorneys, home inspection companies, insurers, to name a few.
