– Master Situational Awareness: Learn expert techniques to stay alert and prevent potential threats.
– Effective Verbal De-Escalation: Gain strategies to defuse tense situations and protect yourself and others.
– Hands-On Safety Prep: Participate in a realistic mock open house walkthrough using our office, and practice key safety measures.
Offered in cooperation between the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® and the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS®. Offered for 3 CEU’s. Members are $30; non-members are $55.
