(Cranston, RI) – The Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® (NRIBR) is proud to announce Jennifer Lemme of REMAX Town & Country in Cumberland, RI, as its 2026 REALTOR® of the Year. This prestigious award recognizes a NRIBR member who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the real estate industry, adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and dedication to community service.
Lemme will be honored for this achievement at the NRIBR Annual Meeting and Installation of 2027 Officers and Directors on October 7, 2026, at The Lodge at Diamond Hill in Cumberland, Rhode Island. Tickets will be available in September at www.nribr.realtor.
A member of NRIBR since 2015, Lemme served as the organization’s 2025 president, has been actively involved in multiple committees and task forces since 2017, and is a past member of the Board of Directors. At the state level, Lemme has served on the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® (RIAR) Board of Directors since 2023 and served on the RIAR 2026 RPAC Committee, representing NRIBR.
Lemme is licensed to practice real estate in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is approved as an instructor for NRIBR, allowing her to share her knowledge and experience with fellow real estate professionals. She holds several NAR designations and certifications, including AHWD (At Home With Diversity), C2EX (Commitment to Excellence), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lemme is active in her community. She has served as a Director and Treasurer of the Cumberland/Lincoln Lions and volunteers through the MAE Foundation to help feed people experiencing homelessness. She has represented NRIBR at housing fairs in Pawtucket and Central Falls.
