Nominations are currenty open for Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® Awards: the 2026 REALTOR® of the Year, 2026 Affiliate of the Year, and 2026 Rising Star of the Year. These awards celebrate individuals who exemplify the core values of our profession and contribute significantly to our community.
REALTOR® of the Year Award:
The REALTOR® of the Year award honors an outstanding NRIBR member who embodies the true essence of the REALTOR® spirit. This year’s recipient will also have the esteemed opportunity to be considered for the RI Association of REALTORS® – REALTOR® of the Year in Fall 2026.

Affiliate of the Year Award:
The Affiliate of the Year Award aims to recognize the invaluable contributions of an industry service provider for their active participation in NRIBR activities and unwavering support of the Association and our REALTOR® membership.

Rising Star of the Year Award:
The Rising Star Award recognizes a newly licensed REALTOR® of the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® who has joined the Board within 36 months of today’s date. The recipient demonstrates a commendable combination of REALTOR® spirit, civic activity, business accomplishments, and active involvement in Association activities.
