Through an extensive grant application process, the NRIBR Directors voted to adopt the Nature Conservancy, RI Chapter, as the Board’s 2026 adopted charity, and its work to build an all-accessible trail at the Moshassuck River Preserve in Lincoln, for the enjoyment of all Northern RI area residents. Throughout the coming year, our Program and Community Action Committee will be fundraising for this organization, and the donation will be presented at our October 2026 annual meeting.
