Fair Housing & Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion will be offered as a Zoom class on 2/7/23 from 9am – 12p-m . All registrants will receive a link to join prior to the course start date.

DESCRIPTION: Approved for 3 CORE-FAIR HOUSING continuing education credits by RI DBR . This course will identify Fair Housing, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) distinctions, review DEI case studies and highlight ways in which REALTORS® can be effective in advancing DEI measures in their business and with clients. The program will include a review of Fair Housing provisions and protected classes as well as addressing bias in personal and professional settings. This interactive program will include breakout groups and participation polls. Instructors: Lawrence Wilson and Judith Kaye.
