Congratulations to Mary Baron, of Coldwell Banker Res. Brokerage, on her selection as the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® 2020 REALTOR® of the Year. Mary will be one of 5 candidates for the Statewide Honor this Fall.
Starting on July 1, 2020, anyone who conducts a home inspection for a home or other residential property located in Rhode Island must be licensed as a home inspector or associate home inspector. This includes home inspectors who are already licensed in other states like Massachusetts or Connecticut. For more information, click here.

The Department of Business Regulation released the bulletin FAQ for Real Estate Principal Brokers and Affiliated Licensees RI Real Estate Legal Requirments for Teams and Penalties for Violations on 6/13/2019.
